New Year Does Not Have to Mean a New You

You are good enough in this moment. There seems to be too much pressure to change when the new year arrives. This kind of pressure sets people up for failure and disappointment. By July, people are no longer motivated and forget their resolutions. The reality is that you and the environment are undergoing continuous transition. Even if you don't think you're changing, you are so stop pushing yourself so hard in January only to give up when the Valentine's candy goes on sale on the 15th.
